at one place not moving during these process.
This method is based on the said principle. |

Concrete is placed evenly into the fixed mould from the moving wagon. |

Filled concrete is carefully compacted by pendulous-type internal concrete vibrator. |

The moulded concrete is stayed as it is and cured there in respect of getting accuracy of the product. |

Curing is thought much for initial aging
of the concrete products. |

| This method is applied to the product which
is impossible by fixed mould method, for
example, in case of very heavy and complicated
reinforcements unable to use pendulous-type
internal concrete vibrator. Further,users
may request this method. |

Concrete from the hopper is placed into the very strong mould which is fixed on table-type vibrator. |

Compaction of concrete is carried out by both vibration of the table-type vibrator and pendulous-type internal concrete vibrator. |

The moulded concrete is transferred to the
